R.J. Fox

RJ began his radio career in 1985 in Miles, Montana. It's been a 22 year journey that has taken him to Sheridan, WY, Jamestown ND, Casper WY, back to Sheridan, then to Buffalo WY, and finally to Cheyenne in 1995. After 12 year stay under 3 diffrent owners at KRRR/KRAE, RJ was given the opportunity to help a friend and remain in the business he loves...RADIO. That's how he has landed at Y-100 as Operations Director, Morning Show side-kick, and Mid-day host.

R.J. enjoys riding his Harley Davidson, baseball, softball, and bowling. He also finds the time to watch his son play baseball and bowl.

R.J. is looking forward to his stay here at Y-100, and hopes everyone enjoys the station.
